Remarks:
This binocular competes head-on with the well established and iconic Fujinon 10×50 FMT-SX2 (see separate post, https://binocular.ch/fujinon-10×50-fmt-sx2/), which over the years has obtained “cult status” among hobby astronomers because of its bright, flat image with excellent edge sharpness. The APM 10×50 ED succeeds the Lunt Engineering MS 10×50 (see separate post, https://binocular.ch/lunt-engineering-10×50-ms/) and has improved optics (ED glass), but otherwise identical specifications.
