Remarks:

The second largest MeoStar model (after the 15×56, see separate post) was upgraded with “HD” glass recently and now almost reaches premium performance; for those who want a good 12×50 but cannot or will not spend the money needed for a Leica Ultravid or Swarovski EL SV, the MeoStar is an excellent and very sturdy alternative. Its field of view is slightly inferior to the premium models, but it has very good central sharpness, color fidelity and CA correction.
