Remarks:
The MeoSport is one of the most robust pocket binoculars around. Pocket binoculars (those small instruments mostly with configurations between 8×20 and 10×25) come in two types, with a double hinge or with a single hinge, and while those with double hinge can usually be folded to fit a trouser or jacket pocket, the ones with one single hinge are slightly less compact, but generally a bit more robust and not as prone to suffer de-alignment. The MeoSport is of the second, single hinge type; it’s advantages are, as mentioned, its sturdiness and its relatively modest price tag, while it is optically not superb and its performance is satisfactory at best.
