Remarks:
Before the APM 20×80 ED APO (see separate post, https://binocular.ch/apm-ms-20×80-ed/) and later 20x instruments featuring ED glass came out, the Omegon Argus was one of the best 20×80 binoculars on the market. Good central sharpness and brightness of the image contrast with mediocre edge sharpness, a smaller sweet spot than the APM, significant CA and a slightly warm color tone. But still a very nice tool on the nightsky!
