Remarks:

Unlike many other pocket binoculars of this size, the Kowa BD features a single hinge which appears quite sturdy and for many users is easier to adjust to individual intrapupillar distances (IPD) than the double hinge popular in many pocket binoculars. The BD is not one of the top instruments in  its size, but rather belongs to the “middle class” of pocket binos.
