Remarks:

The APO HG, sold as 8×43 and 10×43, was Minox’ top binocular line for a number of years; Minox stopped producing it in 2017. Based on the Minox HG binoculars (which are still on the market), and with the same characteristic design created by VW Design, this premium binocular features extra low dispersion glass (it’s not a true “apochromat” as the name might suggest) and exhibits a sharp, bright image with good CA correction; the field of view is slightly narrower than average for that class of instrument. The mechanics are impeccable, the finish lives up to the “made in Germany” label.
