Remarks:
This marine binocular sold by German company Minox offers not only a digital compass, but also displays a reticule, tilt angle, barometric pressure, temperature, and a timer, all as digital functions displayed in the lower part of the image. Its optics are satisfactory (esp. CA correction very good), but don’t match the sharpness and wide field of view of other good marine binos, e.g. the Steiner Commander 7×50. There is ample eye relief, but the eyecups cannot be extended far enough so that there is a risk of “kidney beaning” for non-spectacle-wearers.
