Remarks:

This is the “last survivor” of the famous Zeiss Victory FL line of Zeiss binoculars (regarded by some as the best ever made by Zeiss). All Victory FL models, except the 8×32**, have been dicontinued during the last few years.  The 8×32 is certainly one of the top 8×32 binoculars currently on  the market and can be found all over the world in the hands of ambitious birders and wildlife enthusiasts.

** update: it appears that as of today (Nov. 2020), Zeiss has ceased producing the FL 8×32. End of an era!
