Remarks:
The large 56mm Conquest HDs – coming as 8x, 10x and 15x bincolars – all feature Abbe-König prisms and are in every respect well built and optically powerful instruments. A bit larger than Swarovski’s competing SLC model (see separate post, https://binocular.ch/swarovski-slc-8×56-w-b/), this 8×56 is optically slightly behind the SLC in terms of edge sharpness and CA correction, and it offers less eye relief than the SLC, but on the other hand comes at a significantly lower price.
