Remarks:

The red ring around the objective tubes is characteristic for Nikon’s top line of large handheld nature observation Porro binoculars, the “SP” line, consisting of a 7×50, a 10×70 and a 18×70 model. These have been on the market for many years, but due to their excellent performance, they are still the reference point for large Porro binos. One of the few premium binoculars still fully made in Japan.
