Remarks:

This used to be DDoptics’ top binocular and targeted the market of e.g. the Leica Trinovid HD or the Zeiss Conquest HD. It is basically the same instrument as the Kite Bonelli 2.0. Optically and mechanically a very good binocular with well corrected chromatic aberration.
The EDX HR has since been replaced by the “SHG” as DDoptics’ top binocular, see separate post https://binocular.ch/ddoptics-shg-8×42/.
