Remarks:
This is the improved Gen. III version of the Japan-made “Pirschler” (see separate post „Pirschler 8×56 DIA HDX“, https://binocular.ch/ddoptics-pirschler-8×56-dia-hdx/). The body is now of magnesium instead of polycarbonate, the central focus wheel is made of metal instead of plastic, and the optics have been improved – slightly wider field of view, better coatings. Still featuring Abbe-König prisms, it remains a very viable alternative to the more expensive 8×56 binoculars.
